Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin - During my time as a Moderator I've tried my hardest to respond to all administrative situations in the most professional and fair way, doing my best to ensure both players are satisfied with the end result of the discussions. Dealing with a variety of situations to the best of my ability with restricted moderator powers I believe if promoted I'll be able to help players in need even more than I currently have.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). - Teleporting a player to me in a secluded area about a case of RDM, I had to deal with the well known internet troll. Running and jumping away from me constantly I was forced to freeze the player just to speak with him. Once frozen he immediately rejoined the server, so I repeated the process above after warning. Again, he left the server only to rejoin. Calling higher staff to help me with the player, who eventually got banned, was a pretty aggravating way to deal with the situation as I like to finish my own work.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? - I would be sure to the moderator that he/she should obviously have good knowledge of all the rules of the server, or at least have a tab open in his/her browser with the rules for reference. At peak times they should be ready for 5 - 6 F1's at a time with players yelling in OOC for admin assistance when it doesn't come fast enough. Also, making friends with the staff team will only help you in the long run and can give you someone to turn to if there are problems above your powers. Make sure both players in all situations are satisfied with the results of whatever you talked about. Discussion with the player is a very important thing that you should always strive to do, as it lets the player know that you're there to help them out no matter how much time it takes to resolve, and that it's not just an obstacle in your day on the server. Communicating that to the players not only increases your popularity with the players and community, but increases the popularity of the staff team in general as it makes us look a lot better. Other than peak times, it's smooth sailing as long as you answer the F1 requests.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? - Seeing as how it's the player's first ban, I would shorten it to a few days to a week depending on how long ago the ban was placed. With a strict warning on making sure it doesn't happen again, I'd give them a second chance.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). - Although gametracker may not show it (I don't kill many people, and we all know how that works) I've worked hard these past few weeks on remaining active and assisting everybody I can to the best of my abilities. Although I don't like talking it about it as I feel like I'm bragging in a way, but with my administrative time on Friendly Players I understand what it takes to be an efficient admin, and how to use my powers for the better of the server and not for my own gain. With admin powers I'll be able to help more players more efficiently. Having the ability to spectate rule players, ban players who have broken the rules multiple times, setting the team/job of players who have been randomly demoted, banning players from jobs they clearly aren't mature enough to play on, chat mute, striping weapons, and more will only allow me to support the server even more than I currently am as a moderator. Please give me the opportunity to prove myself as an admin of the server, and thanks for reading.

Outrageous.
Also you've last joined Server 2 on July 30th?
I think you need to play a bit more.
For now: -SUPPORT
How do you expect him to put in more hours right now when he is trying to keep his rank of SA on FP DarkRP? And school just began right now for us Americans. You can't just slap a -support on it just for his inactivity atleast just put a Neutral.
I'll keep to a +Support Viking does a great job on moderation and keeps his attitude nice and cool on the server and deserves a promotion.
I'm sorry if this hurts any feelings

Let me quote viking's mod app
" In the Friendly Player's community (owned and operated by Chuteuk) I'm currently a Super Administrator on our own DarkRP server, Super Administrator of the Half Life 2:RP server, Owner of the Flood server, and Global Moderator of the forums."

He is a very good MOD, good app, but ZARP is much different than FP, and most Admins usually get their rank after 100 hours on ZARP, thus this will be a NEUTRAL
And school just began right now for us Americans. You can't just slap a -support on it just for his inactivity
I started playing on ZARP when I had school (End December), and that didnt stop me from being inactive until school finished in July...

I won't be using my reply template since there isn't enough time left.
You don't have enough time on the servers nor enough activity, but you still got accepted as moderator when you had low time so I'm sure you will get accepted too. You got accepted for mod when you had 17 hours, in the past 2 weeks your time has increased by around 5 hours...

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted.
Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily.
Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team.
