Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Random Deathmatch AKA RDM is killing someone in Non-RP reason
Example:
Player Y kills Player X for killing him before

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule AKA NLR is going back to place you died before or forgetting your past life

Example:

Player X Kills Player Y in his base, Player Y comes and kills Player X

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is talking about ingame information at out of character chat etc.

Example:
(OOC) Player X: Cops there is a printer come quick
(OOC) Player Y: On my way

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would tp the player y to me and ask why did you rdm Player x? if he says like: "No what? i didn't rdm, I didn't even kill him etc." i would warn him for RDM + Lying
Situation 2: if Player y says i rdmed him i would warn Player y for RDM
Situation 3: if Player y says i killed him because he past KOS line- he was in base etc. i would tp him back and explain Player x RDM
Situation 4: if Player y says i killed him because he past KOS line - he was in my base etc. and Player x says: i was not in his base or i didn't pass KOS line then i would ask for proof

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would tp Player y to me and ask: Why did you break NLR? if he says: I didn't break NLR etc. i would warn him for Lying + Breaking NLR
Situation 2: If Player y says: What is NLR? first i would explain him NLR then i would warn him for Breaking NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

First i would tell him to not Metagame
Situation 1: if He continues to requesting help i would warn him for Metagame
Situation 2: if He says "What is metagame" etc. i would explain him and ask to not do it again

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

After i resigned i saw a lot of people breaking rules and there was no admins or mods on. I saw some people disrespecting me from mic in Turkish and i couldn't record to show an admin. Some people sweared to me in Turkish and no one could do anything also, There is a lot of Turkish people in server and i see still no admins or mods know Turkish. Turkish people (most of them) doesn't know how to speak English so they can't explain what they want in their F1's and maybe a mod or admin would mark is as spam. I will be on duty most of the time. I know the rules good. I wasn't thinking of re-applying but after i saw so many people breaking rules and admins couldn't be there at the time and when i take screenshots they probably leave after breaking rules etc. Some people disrespects me on mic in turkish or english and i couldn't record it.

Anil is a mature user who has made mistakes. He took the punishment and still he wants to continue serving zarp, I've seen worse members achieve higher ranks, he deserves another chance.

Ok first I'm not a critic, I'm trying to help.

RDM isn't necessarily for a non-RP reason. You could be killed by a car (CDM, same thing it's RDM with a car) whilst being on the path, not RDM/CDM, but if you are on the road, well think about it, if could be a RP reason, so I think you could explain a little better

You obviously didn't explain how long the NLR timer is.
And the way you worded it it sounds like your saying that forgetting your past life is called NLR, try and explain more .

And with the metagaming, well, just explain a little more.

I think you should read through it all a couple times and make sure you explained in enough detail, and explain a little better.
