RDM isn't necessarily for a non-RP reason. You could be killed by a car (CDM, same thing it's RDM with a car) whilst being on the path, not RDM/CDM, but if you are on the road, well think about it, if could be a RP reason, so I think you could explain a little better

You obviously didn't explain how long the NLR timer is.
And the way you worded it it sounds like your saying that forgetting your past life is called NLR, try and explain more .

And with the metagaming, well, just explain a little more.

I think you should read through it all a couple times and make sure you explained in enough detail, and explain a little better.
