Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin - I have been a moderator for long enough to understand what to do in F1 situations. I also have a very keen eye to spot a rule breaker. I love communicating with the others players which are either new or old. I have been very helpful over the past week for others players.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around - The most difficult part was with another mod named Kryptic. To start off we found a hacker and he was spawning in nukes, at the time this happened me and kryptic didn't know what to do so I got straight on Ts3 to alert the SA's about it they were straight on the case. The reason this was difficult was because I was stuck after all the ban had happened and he managed to get back on server 2 after a Family Sharing ban or something, All SA's were busy at the time so I had to keep on kicking him until an SA got on to ban him. Being an admin then would of meant it would've been easier to restrain him and stop him from carrying on.
If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? -
Hello (New Mods Name)
First off I would like to congratulate you for becoming a mod on our ZARP DarkRP Server.
In this email I will be explaining the commands to you and when an appropriate time is to use them
The Command I want to start off with is the Warn command
This command is used for when a player breaks a rule and then needs to be warned for it. The command for WARN is /warn <PLAYER> <REASON>, False warns will lead to a teir 1 warning which is never good so don't do it. An example for you to use warn in is this one I have "Player
A kills player
B for no reason so player
B does an F1, You accept the F1 and check the logs to see if the kill is there, if it is then you would ask player
A why they killed player
A. If they gave you a very bad reason much like "Felt like it" you would warn the player for it. If you accidentally warn another player you can always do /unwarn <PLAYER> this will remove the warn. You get 4 warnings total, 3 warns you will get kicked, get 4 warns and you are temp banned for an hour.
Then there is freeze:
This command does what it says on the tin, it freezes them. This command is perfect for people who are trying to rdm you during an F1 or are constantly running from an F1. The command for this is /freeze <PLAYER> <TIME>
Slap: Slap is a command we staff members tend not to use as nothing can be done using this command, apart from making the person fly up into the air in random directions. Command is /slap <AMOUNT> <DAMAGE>.
Kick: This command is used mostly when there is a prop block and the person who did it is refusing to remove it. Command is /kick <PLAYER>
Ignite: This command is useless and from my experience there has never been a need for it, But I will tell you what it does anyway. This command is to ignite another player and basically set them alight, Extinguish removes the ignite effect.
Slay: This command is used mostly for slaying someone like a citizen with a big gun, They are able to re-spawn don't forgot. Command is /slay <PLAYER> <NORMAL,SILENT,EXPLODE,ROCKET>.
TP: This command is used for quickly getting to places, it can also come in handy for whenever you get stuck somewhere. This command should really only be used as a mod on duty to get around, and never when you are role playing this will get you a teir warning. You can bind Teleport to a button much like I have, if you would like to do this go into console and type bind "button of choice" "say /teleport". Command /teleport.
Goto: This can be used to go towards another player. Command /goto <PLAYER>
Bring: This can be used to bring a player towards you. Command /bring <PLAYER>
Admin Chat: This is a private chat for staff members only do /// to access this chat
Okay so that is all of the commands you will have as a moderator. Good luck as your time as a ZARP DarkRP Moderator,
See you in game soon, post any problems you have on the forums and we will be extremely happy to help.
Have fun with your duty's - Gamersfunhouse
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? -
Dear player,
You have been banned for the reason, Mass prop block, Prop spam and other accounts of rule breaking. As I am the one that banned you I will be the one lowering your ban time should I feel you deserve it. The reason I banned you was because you kept on prop blocking spawn off then killing people so they could not leave spawn after being told numerous times not. However the appeal you have done explains VERY well as to why you did this and have also show you're very sorry, So I will shorten the ban to about 6 days in this time I feel you should be thinking very hard about no breaking the rules again because I won't be so nice next time, Just take that into consideration.

Why I should be promoted. -
I feel I have done extremely well with my time as a moderator the one thing I need to improve on is my game time on server 1, so over this week I have been improving my time on server 1 and doing a lot of F1's on there. I have had time as an admin on the ZARP jailbreak server. My duty as a mod has been extremely fun and I have met a lot more people through it and I know who to look out if for in terms of rule breaking and if there is a problem I cannot deal with I will simply be talking with an admin or another member of staff for help, I rarely ever do this because I usually am able to deal with most situations. I am a very active friendly player and deal with F1's regularly and am always on the lookout for rule breakers.
I hope you consider taking me in for admin as I feel I am ready to take on a new challenge in the ZARP Gaming community.
Thanks for taking the time to read my admin application, Can't wait to speak to you'll next!
