So your application is alright. A couple of things i would mention are that your email is nothing more than a list of commands. Don't reword other peoples answer to this question; write about what you would say to a new staff member. If you do this your application will defiantly stand out more.

The biggest thing that concerns me is your playtime. I hardly see you online on duty at all. You have pointed this out in your plea for admin but If you knew that your playtime is an issue, perhaps you should have corrected that before submitting this application.

When you are on duty you handle f1s very well so good work there.

I'll be -Neutral+ for now as your ability to handle f1s and your bad playtime sort of balance each other out. Maybe with an awesome application i would be pushed over to a +support.
