Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match for short RDM is when you get shot for no RP reason
Positive kill (Not RDM)
Thief is raiding a bank and he kills the banker
Police officer shooting down a person they cannot arrest (Wanted)
Anyone killing hitman is self defence
Killing hit as hitman
RDM's
-Any kind of revenge
-Out of blue (by that I mean walking down the street you see something moving you take out your sniper and just kill it)
-Shooting a cop when he is arresting someone and by that I mean when he walks past the guy who is being tazed he yells help shoot the cop and he does that.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule NLR for short is a rule applied when you die
You must forget everything that was in the past for 3 minutes (Minimum) when you die a timer will apear above.
NLR is applied when:
You are shot durring the raid
You get shot while trying to arrest someone
You get killed by an explosion
Gettin mugged and not giving the money
NLR is not applied when
You get prop killed
You get RDMed (Atleast I do it)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
FIrst say that the console says that person Y did kill the person X and then ask why did he kill him. I let him answer when he answers I ask X part of the story and then I decide who to believe. If the person Y killed him for RP reason (Raid,hit,mug) then he is permited to go and is not counted as RDM but if he says something like: I took my revenge or It was self defence then I will say that it coud be BS. and he will be warned for RDM. I woud also ask for proof if possible

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Ask player X when did he broke NLR when he anwsers ask player Y is that is correct. After that ask player Y and listed for his part of the story. ask if any of them have any kind of proof if there is none ask if there was anyone around to see it. Try to ask if something happened in that timeline (something important like events).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Warn X verbally and say that he woud not metagame. If player X does not know what metagaming is explain to him. Tell him to use advert to call cops or any kind of help but what ever he does to not use OOC for that things. After that if player X does that again Warn him for metagaming

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words
I woud be a good moderator and I woud help alot of people from new to veterans. I woud try to stop minging, I woud try to host as many events as possible from hidding some kind of prop to huge ones that requare admin help. I woud try to suggest alot of suggestions and hopefully good ones. I woud post alot of things in forums (Offcourse not spamming) If its still a thing I woud maybe make some of forum games. I woud continue the tip of the day which I abandoned some time ago (Link will be in description). The reason I got demoted was of in-activity and I hope to change it this time. I will not abuse the moderator powers in any kinf of way. I will not need aditional training I alredy know the commands (Unless if there are new commands then I woud not mind knowing them.) I know most of the rules if asked I might answer most of them correctly.

It's been a while Daniel! I remember actively playing with you. You're a good player who knows the rules more than well, but I suggest rewriting your "Why should I be chosen" part a bit. It's exactly 150 words, which is no problem, but it (for the most part) only describes you knowing people and being a moderator before.

Some of the sentences seem unnecessary, like; "I knew alot of people like: TW!X, Luke, Mason, Smallville, Agent, I cant remember completly but I think it was something like J...,King,Zart, Hunter (or AngryKitty)". This doesn't tell us why you should be chosen. So I suggest completely rewriting that last part.
