Every Day for 6-10 hours, since 2 and a quarter months .. So about 127hrs or more.... ill check later..

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is for the children who have came from Call of Duty, who get angry when drugs labs blew up because i raided their house. They go on a full craze spraying everyone living being in the server and then say "I was annoyed!" after.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is the one that anyone who hasn't had experience with GMod will break time and time again. ONce you die you have a timer at the top of you screen where you should not return to your last area of death until it has finished. (Many people actually don't realise that the timer is there!)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta gaming is made in two sorts, using OOC for ingame contacts and advert for out of game contacts. Also using a communication like TeamSpeak and Skype to have Roleplay inside the game (one that everyone will be guilty off)

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

Your probably looking at the application being like "Wow wasn't he banned like two weeks ago." Yes, you are right you have spotted me. I was Admin and frankly looking forward to the possibility of getting promoted to Super Admin. I had great bunch of Role-players with me that now are admins/mods and made everyone occasion I could role playable.

However on one occasion, i had a large Admin problem that could only be fixed by admin ranks and they were not available and it took a lot of out of me and I had being stressing out (we all do it). On the proceedings after that, i made a few mistakes which we all do. If you are reading this and say you haven't ever No Clipped to get past the odd prop then you are lieing and aren't being honest with yourself.

If anyone wanted to approach me and I will say every time, I thought I was helping the server and Was inputting a large amount of hours correcting the players and having some serious RP nights that everyone enjoyed.

I want that back, I'm applying for Moderator as I wanna start back again from where it all begun. Where i made all the relationships and was able to correct my peers into applying and making what ZARP is at the moment. I know that i have the criteria for Admins and Super Admin but it isn't my choice of that rank, its promotion for that.

I still be as frequent as always and have been increasingly aware of the lack of staff able to patrol the server. I know its a frequent issue but it definitely can be improved from where it is now.

Ideally, there should be enough Admins and Mods on that some staff can take a break and RP with the players, that having to do both.

As i heard on meeting you was abusing your powers, this is unacceptable.

I believe you have learned that power takes responsibility. You were an admin once and I see no reason for you not to become a Mod at least. +SUPPORT

Being there for you server requires Commitment, Courage and Dedication. Everyone person can provide it with a little bit of help. Leaders should lead and help people who stray of the path and then performance can be upped 10x ...
