What are you talking about? It's one of the most decorative applications currently open.
He obviously spent a least an hour+ on it.

Total Playtime In Our Server And On GMOD:
I have 600 Hours on Gmod total and around 50 on the ZARP DarkRP server

Get 130-250 Hours In game Time 50 Is Nothing.

What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
NLR (New Life Rule) is when a player is killed an returns to where they died befor the set time limit is over. For example, if I was to be raided and then return to my house and kill the people raiding it instantly that would break NLR.

NLR Also states that they cant use any information used in there previous life.

Metagaming is when a player uses out of game knowledge to gain an advantage in game. For example if I was to join a random group of people and then tell another friend over SteamChat or TeamSpeak that we are not at base and a passcode he could use that information to steal anything we have left behind.

Its when you use IC information through OOC. For Ex. Were being Raided Bobby Lock the doors!

Can you be online atleast three/four days a week for atleast a few hours those days?
Yes I could be on during all days.

I have rarely ever seen you on before?

If I was a moderator I would like to meet more members of the community and hopefully make their experience enjoyable on the server. In my experience on the server I noticed that there wasn't enough staff to handle to amount of issues people have, as I would have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes of chaos at times to receive some help, I would like other players to not have the problems that I have had. Also when I started playing DarkRP I really needed somebody to help with all the rules and on what rights job roles had and I would like to help any player that asks for help. I would also like to be more of an active person on the community forums so I could learn more about Garry's Mod building mechanics and hope to be a bigger part of the ZARP community.

Not at ZARP. It's semi-serious, after that NLR period, nothing like that is really enforced which is why people are allowed to return to bases after the timer.

That's pretty much it, but on darkrp it applies and is enforced as: player gives IC information in the OOC chat channel.

I think we have too many paid mods atm and only me and like 4 other moderators applied

Also, earlier today I was on and noticed around 9 Geoffry Smithers you said it was funny but it is a rule not to have the same name as others.

To be honest, I always thought you were a little edgy ever since I caught you basing as a gun dealer along with a godfather and a gangster. (And doing it the next day after I warned you not to.)

Django, You are probably one of the biggest hypocrites I have seen. Firstly Your base that I was trying to raid had over 5 Fading doors, then you would propblock the front door multiple times and then you would insult me and 3 others constantly when we was outside your base. Then you would have the cheek to demote us in game to prevent us raiding you.
