Knowledge of the rules
NLR
Definition
NLR is an acronym, meaning 'New Life Rule'. At ZARP PERP, this is enforced so that:[/font:22ytf3fm]
- Upon death, the person will forget all circumstances of their death and respawn as a new person (to some extent)
- They aren't allowed to return to the area of their death within 10 minutes.

Example
Police are attempting to detain a suspect of car theft at the car dealership. A cop is killed without revival, and returns to the CD - remembering everything and resuming the attempt to detain.
RDM
Definition
RDM is an acronym for "Random Death Match" - it is associated with any kill carrying no reason at all, or at least one that isn't RP valid.
Example[/font:22ytf3fm]
- Jackson killed everyone on the server without reason.
- Mikey carbombed Jed randomly.
- Max was killed by Curtis because he didn't like Max's face.

Metagaming
Definition
Metagaming is the use, or compliance with information given in the OOC chat. If someone gives information there - or proceeds to use an account of metagaming to their advantage, they are metagaming.
Example[/font:22ytf3fm]
- In OOC - a cop asks for the location of a hostage.
- Someone uses OOC shared knowledge to their advantage, going to the exact location of the mayor given in OOC and assassinating him.

Dealing with situations...
Both answers take into account that the player is definitely proven of the offense.
What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would explain what they have done and how to avoid it, then respawn them to get them away from where they have infringed new life rule - and potentially demote/blacklist them if they have a civil job and it would be appropriate to do so.
If I am aware that they have been punished before
...I would escalate from the previous punishment, still trying my best to make sure that they are aware of what they did and how to avoid it in future.
What would you do if a player RDMs?
I would establish that they cannot kill for the reason they have done so - and perhaps respawn them as retribution for the victim. They would be demoted from a civil role if appropriate.
If I am aware that they have been punished before
...I would escalate from the previous punishment, thereby hopefully influencing them not to do so anymore
(they would feel that they are not getting off lightly, and are being noticed for their actions.)
If they did so on a mass scale
The punishment would be much larger before. This circumstance is something that just doesn't happen in PERP and a serious punishment would be contemplated.

Prerequisites
Do you have a microphone?
Yes.
Can you be online at least three/four days a week for at least a few hours those days?
I will be available as much as possible, balancing my activity between DarkRP and PERP.
Are you 14 or higher?
Yes.
If you don't follow the rules yourself you will get demoted and banned if needed you understand, you will dedicate to a training program and have answered each questions personally. Copied applications will be denied at once. Do you understand?
Yes.
Will you respect all players in both respect as disrespectful behavior?
I strongly believe in this - regardless of if respect is mutual, I will always respect both sides of a story/belief and work appropriately to meet a compromise.

My plea for administration
What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers?
I believe that I am able to administrate both effectively and efficiently because I am a skilled listener that can negotiate, and debate with the utmost fairness. I am extremely active and it is my mission to be recognized as an individual that can assist players with whatever they need, regardless of whom they are.
As well as this, I am active on the forums thus being able to respond to form submissions and actuate both reasonable, consistent and justified actions. The forums are an extremely democratic environment - therefor I strive to respect and debate opinions fairly.
I am different in that, although I do RP sometimes - when I am in a position of trust and the position to serve the playerbase: I dedicate to exactly this, always putting the player first and striving to improve their RP experience rather than mine. It is simply my desire to be helpful to others.
Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
As someone who went from moderator to admin on DarkRP in just one week, it feels like I'm able to make satisfactory first impressions. I am active on both the forums, teamspeak and
(obviously) the server - as I believe I have already mentioned, I find enjoyment in assisting others, which is why bonding is somewhat easy for me.
