Your English isn't all that great. The way you have typed makes it seem like the application was rushed.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)84

I am a kinda guy that lets the server have fun but do nothing against the rules and I am easy to get along with and will treat everyone with respect and not look down on them like saying you aren't cool because you aren't a mod or an admin. Also I think I can produce ideas for the the server , staff , and players to add better content to the server. I will also protect the players that are having the rules broke against them.

This is only 85 words.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
I expect to learn even more about the rules and punishments and how to be a great Mod and maybe someday a great admin. Also i would like to learn

Funny thing is because of that your chance of acceptance just dropped from 10% to -5%. And you really haven't been with the community long enough to start shit talking senior members, we all lost are rank when zarp closed down a couple of months back. We all had to reapply.
