Your English isn't all that great. The way you have typed makes it seem like the application was rushed.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)84

I am a kinda guy that lets the server have fun but do nothing against the rules and I am easy to get along with and will treat everyone with respect and not look down on them like saying you aren't cool because you aren't a mod or an admin. Also I think I can produce ideas for the the server , staff , and players to add better content to the server. I will also protect the players that are having the rules broke against them.

This is only 85 words.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
I expect to learn even more about the rules and punishments and how to be a great Mod and maybe someday a great admin. Also i would like to learn
