How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
The amount of time I've taken sits that haven't been taken during the staff team not being on + many bans that I have done.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): One of the things is that I've encountered some cheaters that needed the help of super admin which would be nice to see it myself. Aswell one of the things being able to train Moderators. I know I've got the skill in myself aswell I've showed great passion for my current rank.
Some of the staff members even said that my higher rank (admin) made me better at my job. (Some people don't even think so.) It would also be nice to be able to test out the map and give some opinions to the LT/CM team members. Even though it was already tested, More feedback could be necessary.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
First of all the anti-cheat system. There was none avalible for ages until somebody finally responded.
Another one would be when there was an exploiter. None LT were on and couldn't do anything myself as I didn't know what to do.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First of all. I would first review the application. Then after reviewing the application and evidence (if there is any.) I would talk with the staff member and the person who reported the staff member. I would talk with the staff member about the things he'd done wrong and if it was something more abusive, I would give him a (depending on severity and whether it was his first, a verbal if he had none, or a official if he had a verbal before.)
I would then write:
Hey [X],
After talking with [Y], We've decided to accept this because of doing the wrong thing.
He should have [Gave a verbal/warn] instead of a ban./He should have abused his powers.
No further action will be taken./He will be officially warned.
#accepted / #denied
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would either DM the staff member in discord or PM him ingame. I would ask him why did he ban him and why for so long. If it was for a valid reason I would leave it but if was for a non-valid reason I would tell him to not do it again and unban the person.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would TP to the staff member and tell him I can help him with the sit and can help him resolve it without going into abusive behavior.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First of all, I would ask Staff Member B if he is cheating. I would check anti-cheat and see if he is hacking or not.
After checking if he's hacking/is hacking I would emergency demote Staff Member B and ban him until further reasoning of why he hacked.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell the staff member's to stop. If they don't stop I will try to resolve the problem by vc. I would tell both/all staff members included to stop and leave each other alone.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would bring the staff member and ask them why they are breaking rules to harm others. After the talk of him why, I would give him an official warning/bring up the potential demotion in the meeting or ask any of the LT to bring it up. After talking to him I would give him a verbal and in discord DM warning to not do it again.
