Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
There are many scenarios where the ban command could be used such as the following.

Mass RDM+LTAP
Too many recent punishments (~7 Depending on how bad they are)
Too many recent punishments within one day (~5)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have great experience with the commands used within the server and have got great activity. On my first week as a moderator I got about 120+ reports and 36+ hours, and each week after that a minimum of 100+ reports each week and 30 hours, which shows that I have no life, but also shows I am dedicated to a position like this. Staff have seen how well I can handle a situation, and have reported rule breakers that require a ban when necessary. I have put forward many suggestions too and reported many bugs which I saw, which is another example of how dedicated I am to the TTT server.

Callum is a very energetic individual and helps the server massively. I feel like Callum, who is very active should be able to become admin on TTT. You tend to be really contradictory with your actions. People have sometimes stated that they did not want to be prop killed and you say you'll punish the ones who do prop kill yet proceed to prop kill that person yourself.

Your response to reports as well is not what I expect from a staff member. Instead of saying you had DNA, you instead responded to my report with "dnanadnanadan" which can be taken as complete gibberish and not giving any actual information.

I'd like to see you improve on these two points before you get my support for Administrator.

You are quite active but that doesn't amount to experience and maturity as a staff member.

Haven't seen any sort of issues that i had previously in your staffing. Very active and dedicated member of staff. Only thing i would like to see you work on would be just interacting with users more and trying to present yourself as more than just a staff member but this is a small issue and you will do a fine job as admin probably. I previously had a huge issue with Callum's prop issues (and so did many other members of staff) but over the last week i've seen nothing but improvement from him in this regard. Complaints about this have been zero on my end compared to the numerous ones i received previously. Also giving a gibberish response of "dnanan" or whatever is a very minor issue and far from something i would deny a candidate for. If Callum was involved in a round and wanted to give a quick response, there's nothing wrong with this and i doubt Callum would be giving this type of response regularly. Even if it is hard to understand it's quite clear what the message is (at least to me) and it could be solved very easily.

I am taking all this feedback in, and will improve in all of these ways. With the response "dnandndna" I get it, was stupid, but it is minor as Nogtog has stated, and to be quite honest, I do not see why you took that very minor issue to the member of lead team. Either way, I will give more clear responses on reports, if that is one way I can improve. I want to improve in all possible ways, and take all this feedback as a way to improve
