You are quite active but that doesn't amount to experience and maturity as a staff member.

I previously had a huge issue with Callum's prop issues (and so did many other members of staff) but over the last week i've seen nothing but improvement from him in this regard. Complaints about this have been zero on my end compared to the numerous ones i received previously. Also giving a gibberish response of "dnanan" or whatever is a very minor issue and far from something i would deny a candidate for. If Callum was involved in a round and wanted to give a quick response, there's nothing wrong with this and i doubt Callum would be giving this type of response regularly. Even if it is hard to understand it's quite clear what the message is (at least to me) and it could be solved very easily.

I am taking all this feedback in, and will improve in all of these ways. With the response "dnandndna" I get it, was stupid, but it is minor as Nogtog has stated, and to be quite honest, I do not see why you took that very minor issue to the member of lead team. Either way, I will give more clear responses on reports, if that is one way I can improve. I want to improve in all possible ways, and take all this feedback as a way to improve
