What is Ghosting? and give an example:

Ghosting is the act of giving valuable information to a living player, allowing them to either pass a trap or gain an advantage. An example of ghosting:

Rhys dies on a 50/50 trap ahead of the rest of the runners, after dying Rhys decides to tell the runners what portal/door is safe to go through. As Rhys was dead when he stated what portal was safe, this would be considered ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

If there is a player being disrespectful towards anyone within the server, I would firstly give the player a verbal warning as they may have not been intentionally disrespectful. If the player continues to be disrespectful I would then issue the player a warning for disrespect.

Why I should be chosen:

I have experience within the staff team on deathrun, this may have been a few years ago but the love for the server is still there. I genuinely want to help the server improve, I think that if I was to become a staff member on the server I would have more power to implement suggestions and improvements from an active player's viewpoint. I will take the staffing aspect of the role seriously. As I said before, I want to help the server improve and the best way I can help with that is preventing rulebreakers.

That's just not it, I've seen a guy that exploits on the regular who also has really impressive bhopping skills be 1-3 seconds behind ritzy's record. For example: on the map hot desert he holds an 11 second record, which is literally impossible without exploiting or breaking the in general rules.
