That's just not it, I've seen a guy that exploits on the regular who also has really impressive bhopping skills be 1-3 seconds behind ritzy's record. For example: on the map hot desert he holds an 11 second record, which is literally impossible without exploiting or breaking the in general rules.

There are staff who holds records that can be only achieved by exploiting so why would this be a negative thing in the app

If a staff member exploited then the record should be removed and I think I know who you might be talking about. I don't know whether they got the records during staffing or before I wouldn't want them on the team regardless unless they showed change. Ritzy holds a lot of records on maps that are literally unachievable.
