When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
-When a player has too many recent warnings and when a person has ghosted twice.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
-If the player has a lot of recent warnings and the administrator is not here, Then i would have to message an administrator to ban them. If i was promoted to administrator i wouldn't have to message them and i could do it myself.


Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
-I've been really active recently and have already gone through a lot of situations, I've moderated the server for a week and i have learned a lot since then. Since i am on the server quite a bit, it would be great to have proper permission to play on the server and make sure everyone has fun and no one is rulebreaking.

I'm sorry but imo ur nowhere near ready for admin. You have a ton of activity, yes, but the only staffing i've seen you do was wrongly warning people. I get that you're new to staffing so obvs ur gonna make mistakes and that's why you should get more experience as mod. Also I've heard you saying things which could be seen as ghosting. Please just get more experience and apply when you feel like you're fully ready.

Why is that my verdict?
I feel like you are not quite ready for admin promotion if I can be honest. You lack the experience that comes with time. You are on the other hand super friendly and always ready to help out when needed. Your activity is amazing. The application could be a little more detailed but its not the most important thing in the world.

You're a great person but like some people said I think you would benefit with a little more time as a moderator, once you get the hang of everything you should be fine though! Best of luck!

Also, it goes without saying but I don't mean that you're a bad staff member by any stretch of the imagination. I believe you're a good person and a good staff member who could learn from more experience.

Rose is very friendly and curious, always is willing to learn and improve. Experience is a great thing, but she has 5 days until the meeting, which are probably enough for her to be ready for the Administrator rank, since she has been moderator for a week already.
Rose and I have dealt with rulebreakers together, and she was fair and correct, and she consulted me about her choices.

You have great activity and are friendly with the users on the server.

However, there have been a few mistakes when using the commands to punish players. Personally, I would like to see you wait an extra week or two. However, you still have a week to the meeting to show improvement so good luck.

Honestly I would say being a moderator for a week isn't enough experience for anyone even if no mistakes are made. Obviously if you make a mistake it isn't the end of the world but you should work on your current position before moving to a higher one.

You're one of the staff applicants with who I am in TS a lot and also interact with and play on the server almost daily.

However, I will be keeping my opinion non-biased.

You wouldn't do anything to purposely abuse power or try to get a 1-up on someone so to speak. But there have been numerous occasions on where you have handed out incorrect punishments or multiple warnings onto someone's rap sheet. Of course, this is reversible/fixable but to have it happen several times shows you are still learning, and it tends to confuse or escalate the situation in-game with the rule-breaker, rather than defuse it. Perhaps it's the situations that make you anxious so you make some mistakes, or it is that you still need to get used to your current powers and the differences on !gag and !mute, and when to !warn or not.

With this being said I don't think giving you more access to other significant commands is the best thing for you at this current time. Perhaps if you don't make any more mistakes, and use the current commands correctly then that would sway my thoughts by Friday. You are really friendly and you chat on the server regularly, you're active with the other staff and users in TS and you do play fair and hold rule-breakers accountable for their actions. But I would say giving it another week and a re-apply would be best giving you more time to settle in with the moderator rank.
