I'm sorry but imo ur nowhere near ready for admin. You have a ton of activity, yes, but the only staffing i've seen you do was wrongly warning people. I get that you're new to staffing so obvs ur gonna make mistakes and that's why you should get more experience as admin. Also I've heard you saying things which could be seen as ghosting. Please just get more experience and apply when you feel like you're fully ready.
