You're one of the staff applicants with who I am in TS a lot and also interact with and play on the server almost daily.

However, I will be keeping my opinion non-biased.

You wouldn't do anything to purposely abuse power or try to get a 1-up on someone so to speak. But there have been numerous occasions on where you have handed out incorrect punishments or multiple warnings onto someone's rap sheet. Of course, this is reversible/fixable but to have it happen several times shows you are still learning, and it tends to confuse or escalate the situation in-game with the rule-breaker, rather than defuse it. Perhaps it's the situations that make you anxious so you make some mistakes, or it is that you still need to get used to your current powers and the differences on !gag and !mute, and when to !warn or not.

With this being said I don't think giving you more access to other significant commands is the best thing for you at this current time. Perhaps if you don't make any more mistakes, and use the current commands correctly then that would sway my thoughts by Friday. You are really friendly and you chat on the server regularly, you're active with the other staff and users in TS and you do play fair and hold rule-breakers accountable for their actions. But I would say giving it another week and a re-apply would be best giving you more time to settle in with the moderator rank.
