Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

Continuous racism! - If a player get's punished for being racist multiple times during a certain period, for example over 1 day, he can be banned for continuous racism!
multiple times being 3+ punishments in all forms (in reports, mutes, gags)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well first I would contact the staff member who banned them and ask why in the bloody hell did they permanently ban a first timer, when it's obviously against the staff ethos. After that I would check the users rap sheet and set the ban length to 0-3 days from the day he first got banned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

Well, I've been staff before! I have a total of 8 months as Admin so I really am not lacking in experience. I don't stress out easily and can handle easily large amounts of players by myself. I do have 1 recent warning for RDM, but I don't think it will be a huge obstacle since everyone makes mistakes from time to time.
- Tired of hounding the staff online with messages about wrongs, I'll just correct them myself
