When trying to make your own server less than a month ago, were you actively or planning to promote it to our staff team, in an attempt to get them to leave our servers staff team and join yours?

I believe theres still a lot of work to be done if you really want this role, calming down with the harshness and there had been some recent times where you had misunderstood ban timings, I can go in depth but dont wanna write an essay when you know what I'm talking about.

I feel completely embarrassed if it's the case that I have been too harsh against people making comments against me on either Newlife or Zarp. And I apologize for that.
As I mentioned in the meeting together with the Newlife Community Committee, this was not a suggestion to be taken seriously by my co-owner as it was a far-fetched idea on bringing new players to the gamemode itself, not advertising on Zarp, but to have a collaboration with Zarp to bring players on Garry's Mod servers to both our servers. This idea was never going to be a serious proposition, as we the community owners had no real connection to Zarp or aspect of making this happen. Instead we used the normal route of advertising on the official Garry's Mod Discord.
A few of those who looked over my application mentioned I should place something that I had done that was related to being a Super Administrator; so I did indeed put the fact I had told a higher-up about relations between users and staff that I found negative, which probably would be considered snaking, but also so that those user's rapsheet could be fixed and the staff members would see the errors in their ways. If I were to re-do my application, I would most likely use a different rerference.
I did indeed participate in forcing staff members to be spectated, which was wrong of myself as well as fellow staff members to do, so if any higher-ups want to talk about this; I am free whenever you need me.

I can probably also mention that I did not look over previous applications as to not copy from others, but after a while into this application I have instead looked at the responses to those application in order to see why people are replying, which will probably play a big role in how I may view my next application if I apply in the future.

I couldn't have said it better than Stephen, you don't want this power in order to help the server grow, nor to help the players have a smooth gaming experience. You want this power because it is a part of your identity.

I understand that I'm far from an ideal rule-abiding player, whose opinion wouldn't hold any weight in this discussion. But a large amount of users(with varying activity, regularity, and personalities) have been consistently complaining about your:

1. Inability to empathize with people on any given situation.
2. Trigger happy attitude towards punishments.
3. Anger problems (which you hide behind a veil of silence).

Points 1 and 2 are trivial, and are spotted within an hour of playing with you. I won't go into depth about them. However, point 3 is the biggest deal-breaker IMO. And it is one I've seen and got to know very well.

Being angry is normal. Acting erratically because you are angry is normal. Apologizing for that dumb behavior once you calm down is normal too. It's all part of the complicated psyche of humans.

Now, Red, being human, becomes angry. Only a few times, maybe even 0.01% of the times, but he does get angry. Instead of displaying it, he will go silent, hide it, and internalize it. He tries to within the rules fuck you over, and never really gives it up. He won't one-off fuck with you and let it go. Because in his world, "he never got angry", because he didn't display it. So he will never apologize, either. That creates a whole recursive state of anger without any real release.

And I know what you're thinking, "you're just a rule-breaker what makes you think I care what you say" yadda yadda yadda.

I have built a negative reputation for myself, and I admit that's on me. And now, some admins ask for video evidence when I report for RDM. Sometimes they even ask for video evidence to prove my innocence when I get reported for RDM! And I truly understand why, I can only blame myself for it.

However, Red...well Red tries to go to great lengths just to get me punished. He will excruciatingly analyze every movement I do in-game JUST to find a reason to get me warned/slain/banned. It's one thing to not trust me, or to simply dislike me and want me to go F- myself. I get that. But it's a whole different thing to consistently try to get me punished, via 'Legal Harassment'. I'm tired of responding to his messages everytime I (rightfully) kill an inno as inno, or throw a nade without giving a whole explicit 2-page essay.

My point is that your built-up anger and angst may not be visible to the random observer, but I have lived through them for the past month or two. You avoid confronting the problem and you try to act like everything's merry by being silent. With your current state I would heavily advise against giving you ANY power, let alone SA. I hope I am wrong.

I've had different feelings on you for sure. For starters, there was the time where someone i rdmed realised i wasn't doing it with any sort of malicious intent and decided to forgive me. You then proceeded to slay and warn me anyway saying it was up to your own discretion to decide if i should be punished. I remember also feeling like you didn't care about my side of the story in another report.
At the same time, you helped me a lot with applying for mod and stuff by telling me how to do things, which only made the report parts feel weirder. I feel like you're a good staff member but you can act a bit excessively.
