I feel completely embarrassed if it's the case that I have been too harsh against people making comments against me on either Newlife or Zarp. And I apologize for that.
As I mentioned in the meeting together with the Newlife Community Committee, this was not a suggestion to be taken seriously by my co-owner as it was a far-fetched idea on bringing new players to the gamemode itself, not advertising on Zarp, but to have a collaboration with Zarp to bring players on Garry's Mod servers to both our servers. This idea was never going to be a serious proposition, as we the community owners had no real connection to Zarp or aspect of making this happen. Instead we used the normal route of advertising on the official Garry's Mod Discord.
A few of those who looked over my application mentioned I should place something that I had done that was related to being a Super Administrator; so I did indeed put the fact I had told a higher-up about relations between users and staff that I found negative, which probably would be considered snaking, but also so that those user's rapsheet could be fixed and the staff members would see the errors in their ways. If I were to re-do my application, I would most likely use a different rerference.
I did indeed participate in forcing staff members to be spectated, which was wrong of myself as well as fellow staff members to do, so if any higher-ups want to talk about this; I am free whenever you need me.

I can probably also mention that I did not look over previous applications as to not copy from others, but after a while into this application I have instead looked at the responses to those application in order to see why people are replying, which will probably play a big role in how I may view my next application if I apply in the future.

I was indeed trying to see if I could make something better that could compete, but something where people created it from the bottom up, where a community council not only of high ranking members, but also people who had a sense and pride in wanting to create a server. I ultimately failed at this task because the people I had taken on where not dedicated enough to help me in creating the best possible server, neither was I by the end of it; and what is a server without it's people. Your next argument is one of the dumbest responses I've seen to try and defend yourself. As I have already stated you don't treat users fairly in the slightest, if a user makes the slightest comment against you, you insta punish them regardless of how serious the comment even is because you have a fragile ego. Did you also mention that you were setting up the server throughout the month of October and had plans of trying to advertise it on zarp?
