How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel as though in my time as being an admin I have shown that I know what I’m doing and made little to no mistakes, I have kept up good activity and shown my dedication to the server. I have also helped the new moderators when they are struggling and don’t know how to handle reports, even some admins. I make sure to voice my opinion in the weekly meetings on members and if they should be denied or accepted and avoided showing bias just because I like/dislike a member.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
As I just said, I have shown that I can be dedicated to the server with my high activity. And when I’m on I am always making sure to keep my report count high, while also helping my fellow staff with their reports if needed. I also make sure that new players understand the rules, and if they make a mistake I give them a verbal and try to explain to them how to go about it and also let them know how to access the rules via !rules.
I have built a good rapport with staff members and users and have made good friends within the community.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I haven’t experienced a situation like this per se, but there has been an instance when I was mod when a hacker came on the server and I had to request an LT member come onto the server for them to use the AntiCheat on the supposed hacker. However, if the case here was that the LT member didn’t come on I would have recorded the supposed hacking, then left the video evidence in the ‘Hacker reports’ section in the staff discord.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would start by leaving a comment saying ‘handling’ to let fellow staff know that I am dealing with the report, I would then read through the report and see if the user has submitted any evidence of the report. I would talk with both the user and the staff member to try and get the best understanding of the situation to deal with it correctly.
In the case of the user submitting sufficient evidence of the staff abusing I would leave this comment

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would start by checking the banned players’ F6 and I would look at his punishments and see if they deserved this ban. If not I would confront the staff member and let them know that although we have guidelines for ban lengths, that they are just a suggestion, I would tell the staff member to take into account that if the user has shown that they are trying to change and the reports were just accidents, to not ban them for as long, and to take into account how long ago their previous bans were. Hopefully, this would help the staff member in the future when deciding on ban lengths

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I start by dealing with the user and help them with regards to what they need, after this I would then speak with the staff member and let them know how to deal with the situation accordingly.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member what rules the other staff member is breaking, and see if they have any evidence of the said staff member breaking the rules. If it is confirmed that they are breaking a rule, I would issue a warning to the staff member and let them know that what they did is not allowed and if they continue they could risk a demotion. If there is no evidence I would still have a word with the said staff member and let them know that of the potential rule break and make sure that they know that it is wrong.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Firstly I would make sure that the two staff members stop their bickering, after this, I would pull them aside 1 by 1 and get their side of the story and see what happened, I would then bring them together and make them both apologise to each other and then deal with the situation accordingly and make them put this aside as its not a good look for staff, and is easily resolved.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
First I would make sure that the staff member stops doing what it is that he is doing, then I would pull him aside and have a chat via discord/ts and make sure that they know what they are doing is wrong and make sure that they do not again. I would make a note of it to fellow staff and keep an eye on them to make sure that they do not continue, if they were to continue then I would bring it up in the LT meeting.

Your forum activity doesn't seem to be very good, which you could easily improve upon (doesn't seem like you've handled any appeals or report abuses either, couldn't find any at least). I don't feel like I've seen you on TeamSpeak much, but I also haven't been on there lately so I could be wrong about that. You have very good in-game activity and the application seemed alright, although it did leave me with one question.

What are you implying by warning the staff member? You're not allowed punish each other as staff members so you're left with either talking to them about the situation and leaving it at that or bringing their actions up in the next meeting.

Overall seems to me like you still need a bit more time to improve on some things before you're ready for this position, but good luck nonetheless. :)

I love you Stephen, and I'd love to see you get SA, but as much as it pains me to say this, I think there are too many LT members at the moment for you to get this, you have a lot of activity and I can't recall a time you have made a mistake and these are all good things. However things like good activity, friendly attitude, little to no mistakes etc are all things that are expected of an admin and all staff.

Some of the things I could recommend for you if you still want to go for it are this:

1) Try to be more active on TeamSpeak/Discord - pretty standard but it allows you to speak to a lot of the community and gives you a chance to play with people in ZARP that you don't often play with (Don't be a brown nose but try to get your name known by more than just TTT).

2) As Nina said, Forum activity - The more you look at the forums the higher the chance of you seeing ban appeals and warn appeals which really boost your chances at getting SA, and commenting congrats and what not on meeting outcomes or supporting peoples applications is another way to get your name known on ZARP.

3) Report count and Fairness - As stated above, report count and fairness are expected of every staff member (apparently not the owners but who am I to judge), it should go without saying that this has to be embedded into your blood. When I talk about report count, I don't just mean your average 30-60 a week, I mean REALLY go for it, use your high activity to powerhouse through those reports and despite your relations with any player do not be bias (Not saying you are but still). Consistently VERY HIGH weekly reports are a great way to stand out from other Admins.

As I already said, I would really like to see you as SA but aside from your playtime you are doing what is expected of you, but extra hard work from what I have mentioned will eventually land you a spot in the LT, and although I :plussp: you I feel as if you will not get it this week or the next but good luck anyway.

You've been a good admin, but I would like you to stand out more before getting SA. The best way to do this, is to handle as many appeals and reports as you can, I know our staff team is competent so we don't get that many, but still try.

Also, try to help out other staff members, it's a great way to shop leadership and initiative.
