Huge from me Stephen and I have been friends for almost 6 years now and he’s always been there for me. When my first pet fish died, he was there, when my girlfriend cheated on me with my cousin’s probation worker, he was there and when my electronic water bottle ran out of battery, he was there! I’m not sure what qualities LT are looking for in a Super Admin but if helping other staff is one of those qualities Stephen has it. While you're a great admin and do a good job at doing what you should be doing as an admin, there is barely anything that stands you out from the other staff. ~~I'm pretty sure you haven't even handled forum-related admin duties (appeals, punishment requests), which shows that you do not have enough experience either.~~

You handled a warn appeal pretty well and I'm happy you didn't need any help, however, you still need more experience. Keep doing these professionally, as it'll have a big role on how competent the LT considers you.

Getting Lead Team isn't just as simple as simply doing reports in-game. I strongly suggest you ask the LT around for some more feedback if you're determined to get the role, but it will be quite hard with the current amount of SA's.
