How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I have been staff for nearly 4 months now. In that time I Have become more confident in myself as Admin. I am also helpful to users and my fellow staff members if they are unsure about something or need help with a report. I have a good understanding of the rules and I try my best to follow them and even enforce when a user isn’t sure about them. I also have a great relationship with the users and my fellow staff and even made some friends along the way as well. I also feel that I have become more confident in handling reports, appeal and Punishment request as well. I have also train a mod recently and I feel I have done a good at it as it was quiet easy.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Attitude
I am friendly to the users in game, I always try my best to help them and explain to them if they are unsure about the rules or if they need something like a link to the forums. I am also dedicated to the server since I enjoy playing TTT and made a lot of friends since coming back.
When I am dealing with report I Try to be as fair as possible to new players by opening chat with them and talking to them about what they have done and explain to them to not do that again.
Teamspeak/Meetings
I’m On Ts most days when I launch Gmod with my fellow staff members. I have also gone to every meeting since I came back from the staff team and I always make sure to voice my opinion about they strong and weakness of the user while also letting my fellow staff voice there opinions as well
Experience
I have been staff for nearly 4 months now. In that I have become more and more confident at myself and improve a lot since I was first staff. During my time as staff I have encounter so many different situations with reports, appeals and punishment requests and both being handle correctly and accordingly. I also hold the rank for being Prop Hunt administrator which makes me trusted. I have also help out some staff members may be struggling on a report or might not know a command. I also have really good knowledge of rules and always try to enforce them to a new user if they don’t know about them.
Activity
My Activity has always been my strongest point. I’m always on every day and I always try to be consistent as possible. When I come on the server I always make sure to have fun and while also interacting with users and my fellow staff as well. While being on I always to make achieve my report my count while taking my time on reports. When there is a contact request on for more staff on the discord I always make sure to hope on as soon as possible.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
The biggest situation I encounter as a admin is dealing with a hacker when there isn’t any LT on the server. Of course as admin I can’t deal with hackers but the way I would handle it is to record the hacker or get someone else’s recording of the hacker. After I would then send it to the lead team for him to be punish in the LT meeting.

The why I have accepted this report abuse is because you show clear evidence of the staff member abusing his powers. A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First off I would ask the staff member to come on Ts or on Discord to talk about the ban. I would explain to the staff member that the ban was bit extreme and too long. I would then explain to him the correct ban lengths and reasons and give him a list of them as well.

I would ask the staff if they need help with the situation. I would then try to bring context to the situation and guide them through it and how to handle the situation in a professional manner.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff 1 side of the story and ask if he has any evidence of the staff member breaking the rules. If he has been breaking the rules I would then get in contact with staff 2 about it and say to him if these rumours are true and if he admits I would then tell what he did was wrong and need stop. After that I would bring it up in the LT meeting.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would first tell them stop fighting and tell them to come on Teamspeak and put them in a prevent channel. I would then ask why are they fighting and get there side of the story. After that I would tell then to stop arguing with each other and tell them to apologise to each other and remind them the staff ethos and tell them to not to be disrespectful to each other.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first keep an eye on the staff member and see what he doing. Once I find out what he doing is wrong I would then tell him to stop what he doing and tell him come on TS. Once he on TS I would tell to stop breaking the rules and go over the rules again and remind him of the staff ethos and let him off with a verbal.
