TOPIC: [TTT Super Admin] God dammit Ross's application

Not gonna lie this app is horrendous, but at least I got a good laugh out of it.

Oh boi, never thought I would actually see this app. Well imma give my thoughts on it and on some general things I have read in this app( and on other post sadly).

Ye I know you are a pretty nice person and you might know the rules pretty well and thats all good and stuff, but I dont see the reason how that makes you or even anyone a good candidate for SA. Those are traits that every staff member should have and not something that is exceptional and same goes for activity. It might help you to have good activity. Just having good activity doesnt mean you should get it. You should stand out in different things. I know it is rather hard to do something like that, but it shouldnt be easy to get LT ( I know that if you look at the LT that some may say that this is bullshit atm, but thats what I just think). I cant really give you feedback on this situation tho, because I am not active on the server atm. Another thing that I absolutely hate is when people say "Ohh he has been staff for so long he deserved it". Time as staff != automatically being a good candidate for SA. You can be staff in this community for a year and still not be ready for sa and it is the main argument I hear people justify why people should get accepted and it is the most bullshit excuse as to why you should get accepted (I know that certain people in the current LT just got accepted because of that fact but ye). You need to think on your own and do stuff on your own, but just by reading your app and seeing that you wrote that there apparently is a list of "Correct ban lengts" I can even tell that you probably dont think for your own and you dont even understand why we made that RECOMMENDED List on ban lenghts. There are no such thing as "Correct ban lengts" they are recommend and depend on the case by itself. Maybe you got someone with 7 Recents and those were actually genuine mistakes you dont ban that guy for 3 days straight and sometimes you find someone with 14 Recents and it would have been his first ban, you ban this guy for longer than just fucking 3 days (and yes I did have such a situation already).

Now something to think about for the people that just gave a support because he is "just" nice and active.
Do you really just want someone leading your staff team and have a say in the future of the server and how it is being run, that may be nice but in every other aspect is lacking? Maybe think about if they should actually be put in a leading position depending how they will actually do instead of them being nice
