Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
A player can be banned for committing Mass RDM of 6+ players, for having previously been slain and warned for Mass RDM if they do it again, for ghosting after having received a warning, for having too many recent punishments in general (for example having 6 and having been warned via PM that a 7th would lead to a ban) and more.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hey Player X,

After reviewing your case and speaking with Staff Member X who issued the permanent ban, I have decided to accept this appeal. You understand what you did wrong and are sorry about it, since it was your first ban you are welcome to start playing again, but make sure to read the rules in order to avoid further punishments.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I have done a good job as moderator without committing any serious mistakes and I have a good grasp on the rules and punishments that we issue. I have a good relationship with all staff members and players and I know how to keep a positive attitude and stay level-headed in all situations. My activity and report count are high and more importantly, I always take time to open a chat and make sure I have understood the situation well in order to avoid punishing without a good reason, as well as making sure the offender understands what they did wrong and how to avoid it in the future. As administrator I will be able to handle a bigger range of situations which up until now have required me to look for help- this will speed up the time required to issue punishments and make the server experience more enjoyable.

Hey Mellow, I haven't been lately online with you and overall but from what I've seen and know is that you do a good job as admin and never seemed having punishing someone ingame if they did you explained them why and they understood the action.
