Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. A player types agree in a coin-flip and loses, then proceeds to not pay the amount agreed on. This player will be banned for scamming.
2. A player reaches 6 resents, he will be banned for having too many resents.
3. A player exploits using a Nitro Glycerin and destroys a nuke, he will be banned for exploiting.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: The F1 Menu is separated into 4 categories, F1 requests, Logs, Recent warns, and active NLR. The request menu shows people who have called for an admin and are in need of assistance. The logs show when players are killed, arrested, and certain actions players do. Recent warns show all players who have recently been warned, and the active nlr menu shows all players who have nlr and what district. These are all useful tools when dealing with sits.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties. I will ask the player to stop and warn them if it continues it will lead to a voice mute, if they continue i will mute them for either, disrespect or harassment.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
The player will be reviewed and if his rapsheet shows he only has one ban, he will be accepted.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
Over my time as a moderator i have experienced all sides and situations of moderating on this server, from Mass rdming and minging in spawn to simple questions about the server players have had. I have helped many new players and showed them the ropes to the server and how to play. I have taken many f1s to make sure everyone stays happy. I can tell the difference from a player who is just confused from someone who is purely here to cause chaos. In my time here i have dealt with all kinds of people, and in the end i believe i get the best results for the work i put in. I have assisted other admins in situations where they don't know what to do, or need more men for the scenario. I hope I am able to help more with the rank of Administrator, with all the tools and accessibility in order to make sure the server remains a fun and safe server for everyone.

You've already consistently proven that your attitude isn't fit to be a staff member, nevermind an Administrator. Consistently your stance and approach to situations has been childish, and your use of powers unnecessary and poor. I seriously wouldn't be comfortable with seeing you as a staff member for another week, let alone get promoted.

Needs a serious amount of work. Application seems very rushed.

Awful knowledge of the rules, use your power to threaten people into doing what you want, very VERY immature, and you cry over literally everything. You are not fit to be a staff member at all and you solely attempt to get people that you dislike punished. You are a sad excuse for a staff member.

So the challenger himself... Eli Gold has applied for administrator on ZARP... Here's my feedback.

I personally think you should wait a bit longer as staff as there are still situations that you have been confused about, from when I was staff and from what I've been hearing recently. I think you need to work a lot on rule knowledge and have more experience as a moderator on the server. I've heard cases of you threatening to use your powers against jokingly situation etc and I just think your attitude and other features are lacking and should be improved on majorly before moving up the power of an admin. Other than that best of luck

You also have terrible experience, your staffing is horrible and honestly idk how you havn't got a demotion request yet, because I dont see how you can continue to stay staff after how terribly you handle everything.

Eli, When you first got staff you handled my f1's like amazing and done your job, However I also feel like you've let that slide and want to focous on Roleplay more than staff duties. I could be wrong but I've not seen you do any more f1's for a little while, If I'm wrong then you have my support.
