I personally think you should wait a bit longer as staff as there are still situations that you have been confused about, from when I was staff and from what I've been hearing recently. I think you need to work a lot on rule knowledge and have more experience as a moderator on the server. I've heard cases of you threatening to use your powers against jokingly situation etc and I just think your attitude and other features are lacking and should be improved on majorly before moving up the power of an admin.
