Eli, When you first got staff you handled my f1's like amazing and done your job, However I also feel like you've let that slide and want to focous on Roleplay more than staff duties. I could be wrong but I've not seen you do any more f1's for a little while, If I'm wrong then you have my support.

the issue is he should've never been mod in the first place

he's just passively been doing a bad job & constantly acts childish in ooc, it's nothing reportable he just acts like a child

he isn't aware of what forgiveness actually is, he starts arguments frequently, and generally isn't fit to be a staff member

and yes of course im going to screenshot every instance of him crying about rulebreaks in ooc while being a moderator instead of actually doing something & acting petty 24/7 because thats reportable right? @morgan

he's a terrible fucking staff member and i have no reason to hold a grudge against him since i barely knew who he was until a week or so ago, his attitude fucking reeks & he simply doesnt have the qualities necessary to be a staff member and that's the sole basis for my opinion, now stop dismissing a completely valid opinion as grudges, he literally just does a bad job and has a bad attitude

I've never even heard a complaint about the guy. I find it extremely unfair he's been targeted on his application by the same people who raided his discord and spammed racist shit and think they have a leg to stand on. If he's doing such a bad job, where are the reports? Out of the dozens of F1s he's done you'd think there would be videos or credible reports on the guy. He's done a good job from what I can tell given the harassment towards him. It's tough to deal with when everyone is coming at you but he's handled it maturely atleast from what I saw since he wasn't disrespectful back.

that shit was cringe as hell when they raided his discord but they have absolutely fair complaints about the guy, the sole concept that he isn't necessarily directly disrespectful doesn't account for the fact that he has a generally poor and childish attitude, from my experience his qualities just aren't fitting of a staff member and his bias and inability to forgive has been well-documented and previously called upon in this application by non-jay house members as a point of criticism

the day he got moderator he was constantly inciting arguments with me and a few others in ooc and had a generally terrible attitude, i know niko? has screenshots or someone else who was on at the time who could prove it, i know for a fact someone has screenshots

this hasn't changed at all

I don't really remember the situation at all but your knowledge of the rules is quite poor for a staff member especially, please revise over them as you tried to tell me off for something that wasn't against the rules. I don't want to add insult to the injury but Eli, you always fall into the huge arguments in OOC, which will annoy you, you will get mad, and you will say bad shit that will destroy your reputation.
I believe you could be a good staff member, howerver i knew since day one there will be a huge problem.

You should step out of arguments when they are starting to get out of control, and you should control yourself and stay calm, i know you are getting borderline harassed in game but look now, you said a ton of retard shit that destroyed your reputation..
Remember when you warned me the other day, did i take a huge shit in OOC ? did i make a forum thread insulting you ? No i didn't, i remained calm, and appealed my punishment, and everything was solved.

Why can't you stay calm, you could have gotten admin easily with a few weeks of work.
If you had no attitude issues it would be fine imo, you just need to get some more experience as moderator.
But in your case, you basically shot your own leg man

Second of all, the punishment was stupid and at worst it would have been a perm, when it shouldn’t have even been a punishment in the first place. I've pretty much encountered two people that got kicked from a gang of yours because they did their job and punished people that were in the gang. Wouldn't be fun being a staff in the gang when you will get kicked if you are trying to be fair.

Hm that is not only wrong but laughable. Hiro is still in our gang and I’ve been punished by him whilst in he in our gang. People in the gang have issues with morgan yet I still respect him since he’s already said multiple times “I won’t go out of my way to get u guys permed and I won’t witch hunt you guys, just don’t do shit that’s against the rules around me and you will be fine” Gody as well same with kato. Let me make something clear, this guy is massively hypocritical in the sense that he believes that everyone is out to get him. What he usually does, as well as other staff members like Jeans, is he will wait for one of his friends to get into an argument, then keep asking them in OOC if they "feel harassed" and will threaten the person they are arguing with. It's so pathetic and not something that any staff member should be doing. He also tried getting me CM banned for listing off his public birth year which at the time was visible on his forum profile, and him and his friends would say shit like "enjoy the CM ban" and other nonsense. Bottom line is the guy is extremely biased and pretty god damn annoying, and if someone wants to fire back with the "raiding his discord" crap, I never did it because I was banned 3 months ago simply for joining it.
