How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel that my time as administrator on TTT was a rocky road but is it is getting better. I feel over the time of me being admin, I have dealt with rule breakers and helped others who think they have been falsely warned or banned.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
One things that makes me a good candidate is that I'am not afraid to ask questions about certain situations that I'am unsure of, unlike other admins. (Not trying to be toxic <3)
So I have been very active on the TTT, I play for a 1 to 3 hours a day or I play whenever I feel like playing. Whenever I'am on TTT I always ask staff to call for me to come back on the server to help them out.
I' am very social and speak to staff and players. I always make sure to talk to staff when they want me to or players. I will give time out of my day to speak to players and staff if they need me. One example of this would be when a player was banned he wanted clarification on his ban and wanted to talk over it with, which we did.
I'am very helpful when it comes to teaching players more about the game or when new staff ask me about certain rules. Players will always ask me about the game and i always make sure to reply and tell them on how a rule works or on how the game works. The ways I have been helpful to staff is that if a staff member doesn't know how to deal with a situation I will try to help and give my comments on it. Another reason I'am helpful if there are no staff on and someone requests a staff member I will try to or come on the server and if i can't I will ask other staff members to come on.
So over the time of me being an admin I have found some hackers. Sometimes I would wait a record the hacker to see what they will do so I can send it to the staff team, or I will tell a member of the lead team that there is a hacker online and it will get sorted after that.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Well there was a player online who was clearly hacking. I spectated him and saw that he was hacking. Since there is a hacking policy, I had to call a lead team member but none responded so I recorded it but eventually a lead team member can on and dealt with the hacker.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Accepted: I would look at the report and view the (if there is) evidence. I would talk to the staff member that got reported.
And if the application is accepted i would write:
Hello Player I have looked over this report and come to a decision that this report has been accepted.If the staff abuses their power again make sure to report it with evidence and it will be handled.
And if the application got denied i would write:
Hello player. I'm sorry to tell you that I will not be Accepting this demote request at this time. Because you were breaking the rules. He/She warned you with a valid reason. Staff members will NOT be told or demoted. Make an appeal next time before trying to demote, if you don't have proof.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Well first of I would try to help the member of staff with the way they are going with how they are dealing with the situation. But I will always tell the staff member that the way they are handling a situation is not ideal and make sure they know that they should slightly change their way on how they handle it.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Firstly I would ask the staff member who is reporting to please give over any evidence of this plus their story on what is happening. After I have heard the story of the person reporting I would ask the other member of staff what their side of the story is. After I have heard both stories and seen enough evidence I would then make my decision to take action or not.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Well I would tell both staff members to calm down and explain to me what is going on. After I have been explained what is happened, I would tell them my take on the situation and make sure that both staff members be nicer to each and to make sure that they both understand and not to fight again.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would tell them to stop immediately and if they don't stop I will have to emergency demote but i will tell another lead team member that this staff member is abusing and hurting other peoples game play
