Estimated Server Time: I've played on/off since 2013, but the majority of my Gmod time (11,500 hours in total) has been spent on ZARP SSRP.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

The F1 Menu is an essential part of being staff that is uniquely helpful as any rank on the server. A key feature of the F1 menu is being able to handle, complete, and dismiss F1 requests from players. This is core to being staff and is one of the main reasons we are here in the first place. Another feature of the F1 Menu is the ability to view warnings given to players in a given time frame. You'll have the ability to view the information of the warning, including reason and helpful info such as STEAM ID's involved. You can also unwarn players from this menu as well. You also have the ability to view and search through logs which is vital as staff being that you need logs in most of your admin situations to check STEAM ID's or confirm claims of other players. It can be used to view job changes, leaving/joining the server, killing a player, and more! You're also able to view NLR of all players on the server to see if they currently have NLR in a district.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

I would ask the player why he was upset, and try to reason with him at first. Depending on the situation the user may have just lost an item in RP, having a bad day, or may be mad that you recently punished them are just a few examples of why they could be being verbally abusive. At the end of the day though, if the player continued after letting them know what they were doing was Disrespect and against the rules I would give them a voice or chat mute depending on the situation

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

Hello, me and the administrator that gave you your ban have discussed this appeal and both agree you've put a great amount of effort into your appeal as well as owning up to your mistakes. We believe you deserve a second chance, and you'll be given that chance. Please use better judgement next time to make sure this doesn't happen again. We recommend you have another read of the rules here before you join the server again. Have a great day!



Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I feel there are several key reasons why I should be accepted to the rank Administrator I will explain in detail below.

Previous Experience
I've been in ZARP since 2013 and over that period of time I've held a lot of positions of power, and helped the servers in a major way. On SSRP specifically, I was Head Admin several times. Regardless of how that ended up, I never abused and always did my job to the best of my ability. At one point I had Head Admin on nearly everything, and Forums Administrator as well as being the first Teamspeak 3 Head Administrator.

Activity
On the gametrackers above, as you can see I've been a very active player. I've put a lot of effort into playing the server and enjoying all aspects of it. Whether it be basing, raiding, events, RPing, and more - I've had a great time and wish to ensure other players may have a great experience as well by enforcing the rules as Administrator.

Presence
I'm very active throughout ZARP as of now whether it be the Forums, Teamspeak, SSRP, and Surf. I believe staff members shouldn't be afraid to branch out, and experience other services that ZARP offers. A well connected administrator via the forums and teamspeak lets them communicate information effectively that promotes connectivity and responsiveness with other staff and players.

Drive
The servers staff team is quite small, despite reaching peaks of 80+ players in a given day. I've rebuilt staff teams before with other driven staff members such as in 2015/2016 when there was a lack of staff and several corrupt members we had to clean up. I want to contribute what I can and help build up the staff team on SSRP.

Free Time
I'll have lots of free time to help staff and communicate via teamspeak and the forums as a staff member and player in general. I believe this will be very beneficial as more free time means more active staffing on the servers.

Attitude
In all aspects of ZARP I will always strive to promote a great attitude while playing and staffing. Taking everything in stride and not being rude to players is key to how I staff. I will continue this as Administrator and beyond, and will always be a man of the people!

Note - I've spoken with the majority of the staff team and gotten feedback before posting this application. I've had good talks with lots of staff about posting this, and am looking forward to the meeting!

Literally active on the server, always reporting rulebreakers, knows his shit. Let's hope there isn't a bullshit reason to be pulled out when SSRP literally needs staff!
