Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a player has more than 6 recent punishments, however if some of they're punishments were either on appeal or were about to expire, then I wouldn't ban them unless of course they were punished again. I would also ban them if they had lots of punishments in a short space of time e.g. 4 slays for prop abuse in 4 rounds.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First, I would reply to the appeal saying handling it so that everyone knows I would be handling this appeal. Then I would speak to the staff member who banned them asking what happened and depending on the situation and if they had any previous punishments relating to this in the past I would either say:

Hello player x, I have spoken to staff member x about your recent ban and have decided to remove the ban as this is your first ban and you have apologised for exploiting. But remember that exploiting is a serious offence on the server and that if this were to happen again you will be banned. Thanks for playing on Zarp TTT Minecraft 24/7 enjoy your time.

Hello player x, I have spoken to staff member x about your recent ban and have decided to keep the ban as I don't believe you have been banned long enough to realise your mistake you may wish to appeal this in the future but for now you are Thanks for playing on Zarp TTT Minecraft 24/7 enjoy your time.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I feel as though my time as a moderator has been good as I'm on a lot especially late uk times whenever there are no other staff members online, I handle lots of reports during this time for which I handle each carefully to ensure no one is falsely punished and rulebreakers get the punishment they deserve. I also have a good relationship with most of the staff members and get along well with them as well as the players. I also have a very good understanding of the rules. I feel as though the ban command would allow me to keep the server running smoothly and ban players who I feel shouldn't be playing as they are ruining the game for others and being admin would allow me to help others on reassurance whether to warn or not and help them if they need it. I enjoy playing the game and having a laugh with other players but when it comes to reports I am serious and check all details carefully. Thank you for reading my application and I hope you accept me.

You just got moderator two days ago? Personally dont think you're ready for it, maybe rack up some more experience, cant say too much as I havent been active recently.

I was told I had to be on for atleast 3 hours a week which in the past two days/ since I was promoted I have played a lot long than this around 18 hours I think in total which gains me around 6 weeks experience if u go by a mod who has played for 3 hours each week. I was also told by hazzenator that my report count is at 140 which I know quantity doesn't really matter but I handle each one with care to ensure no one is falsely punished or not punished when they should be. also by the time of the meeting I will have a lot more experience aswell.

While you have just gotten moderator, you do have very good activity and an incredible report count. You will need to show us throughout the rest of this week that you are experienced enough to become admin. It's true that you play more than most staff will play in a month, so you do have experience, we just need to see that in order to promote you to admin. Its possible that you will need another week but that depends on how you perform for the rest of this week. Right now I'm neutral.

I would suggest maybe getting a week or two behind your belt to really help with this application to show your commitment as a staff member as this could been seen as rushing to get admin.
