This is a tricky one, because you have great activity on the server and your one of the few people who stay on after midnight - UK time. You are very careful at handling reports and ask for help when you don't know something. You've already shown that you are a good moderator!

However, you have been staff for less than three days. I would suggest maybe getting a week or two behind your belt to really help with this application to show your commitment as a staff member as this could been seen as rushing to get admin. But like I said, you are a great moderator and have been doing great from what I've seen, keep it up
