Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
Firstly I would ask them what they were having trouble with, and I would try to work off that. I would spectate them and see what they were having issues with. Then I'd try to explain the controls and movements required. If that didn't help, I'd tell them to spectate me and attempt to show them how to complete the map. If I couldn't, then I would probably show them a surf video / tutorial that explains in detail and demonstrates how to surf.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give them a verbal warning at first, and if they refused to stop, I'd give them a chat/voice mute for 5 minutes or longer (depending on what they said, if it was racist, discriminatory, etc) if they continued, I'd ask a higher up for assistance with the situation.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell a higher up immediately, and if they refused to stop, I'd attempt to use my abilities to keep them from doing it any further until a higher ranked staff member can assist me with the situation.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I've been in the ZARP community for a very long time, and I've played surf for over 3 years. I have only one punishment in the history of my time on the server, and I thoroughly enjoy the server. I love seeing how well the staff members work together with the players on the server, and it's something that I would like to be apart of. Since I typically spend at least an hour a day on Surf, and recently the player count has been quite high, I would like to be there to help out. I would never abuse my powers in any circumstances, because I know how irritating that is to other staff members to deal with and players alike. My mentality for staffing is very community based, and I would love feedback from my fellow staff members on my abilities. I've had many of my very close friends be staff members on Surf, and I've seen how they handle situations, and I think that I'm well equipped for the task.

Yeah, I'm usually on the server in the late afternoon or very early in the morning. My attitude on other servers could be better, but I think that it's pretty good on Surf. Thanks for your response! I do think you are capable but please do not get me wrong that at times you can have some attitude problems (not in a personal context, I understand you do not like me) which may raise concern for me at least and maybe others. Given you have a recent permanent ban on SSRP too, there may be some trust issues too however I think this could potentially be looked by if you improve within the next week and show true care and dedication. I realize that my attitude at times can be pretty shitty, but I feel like that wouldn't be too much of an issue on Surf, but I do admit that it can be improved. I appreciate that you gave a legitimate response, because you could have just minus supported me for the reasons given, does show that you've put the past aside and moved forward and that I should try to do the same. Thank you for your response.

Honestly I don't want to keep grudges against you, you're a nice guy and we've had great talks like about the old days in the glitched bank area where we talked for so long. I am trying to have a more positive outlook to those who I may have had issues with in the past because I don't want to just argue all day with people when we could just all be having fun and bants y'know?

That's true, we had some very long talks about the old days and I let them get overshadowed by the bad things. It's pointless to keep grudges that literally hold zero weight or purpose to either of us anymore. I appreciate your responses because it shows me that you've moved forward, and I will do the same.
