I do think you are capable but please do not get me wrong that at times you can have some attitude problems (not in a personal context, I understand you do not like me) which may raise concern for me at least and maybe others. Given you have a recent permanent ban on SSRP too, there may be some trust issues too however I think this could potentially be looked by if you improve within the next week and show true care and dedication.
