i speak Slovenian, Croatian a bit German(almost nothing but ok...) and fluent English (i hope)

RDM is when you kill someone for no reason when youre inno, detective or if youre traitor and you kill a traitor buddy, RDM(killing a player on suspicion), NOT RDM(killing a KOSed player (KOS= Kill on sight))

accaptible KOS: when some one is holding a t weapon and didnt announce it in chat or via voicechat, when someone kills an innocent for no reason and hasnt announced it or KOSed him, when someone is red in tab (has been ressurected)

unacceptable KOS: when someone kills someone and you KOS him before he identifies the body, when you suspect someone is a traitor because you need proof (unannounced t weapon, killed innocents/ detective, etc.) or when someone is resisting to test in the traitor tester and you kill him ( the detective needs to warn him in chat twice (or three times) over a period of 30 seconds

i think i should be chosen is because i really enjoy playing ttt on zarp and tbh i dont like any other ttt servers and i also hate rdm and sometimes the current admins dont respont to rdm. i also play a lot on the server i have about 70 hrs on zarp ttt and definetley wont stop playing in the near future. So far im loving the community and i want to be a part of it. i hope i have wrote enough and i hope i get accepted. <3

Your application is good and can still be improved, you could have included the template to make it less confusing, also your 'Why you should be staff' bit is 90 words and doesn't exceed the 100 words minimum. But seeing as this isn't a huge deal, from what I have noticed is that you have very good experience with TTT and the server and is fairly active. I can't check warns but lets hope you have little (or none) recent's.
