Your application is good and can still be improved, you could have included the template to make it less confusing, also your 'Why you should be staff' bit is 90 words and doesn't exceed the 100 words minimum. But seeing as this isn't a huge deal, from what I have noticed is that you have very good experience with TTT and the server and is fairly active.
