Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM (Random Death Match) - This is where you kill another player without a valid reason.
If somebody killed you for holding the Golden block whilst walking to the tester it would be RDM,
if someone killed you When you threw the gold block off the island this wouldn't be RDM.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
1> Someone throws the diamond block into the water.
2> Somebody pulls out a T weapon without saying in chat that they have one.
3> Somebody says that they are a T in chat

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1> Someone picked up your gun that you threw on the ground so you kill him.
2> Someone RDM'd you the round before so you get payback.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
I am said to be a friendly guy in game and that I can play TTT in a suitable manner. I am patient and from previous staffing on different servers I know how to keep control in many situations. I think that I would have a good representation for the staff team as I am mature and know what I am doing. I can detect lying and can take a joke if it does not offend anybody or is too excessive. I'm good with ulx and other commands for various reasons. I have played the server for quite a while now and I am on for long hours in the day. Staffing is a difficult position to be in. I am known on many servers as a professional staff member and I hope I could join the team and the same thing is said. I do not rush reports and always like to know both sides to the story. I love the community that the server holds and would like to be more apart of it by helping out. I can help the server because I am up early and stay up late enough for reasonable days. I like to make players feel welcomed and that this is the perfect server for them to play in.

I know all rules and how to follow them up to the very best standards, I will work to my fullest expectations and hopefully go over the top. One of the big things when coming to staffing is activity. This can be difficult to many people but for me I have free hours left right and centre. I can be on the server any time someone requests (Unless I am in school). If any staff needs help in a sit I would probably be the first one there, assisting them with their needs. I am not bias in any way, shape or form and treat every player the same. In reports I would never take a side only due to their ranks or anything like that. I want players to think I am a genuine nice guy after finishing a sit. I can also speak fluent English, Good French and some Russian. Even though I do seem young to become a staff member I can promise you I am mature and can carry my own weight. I am said to be friendly and easy approaching people which could help so I look more professional. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Right, so I've being reading through some of your old applications and to say I'm a bit worried would probably be an understatement. If anyone is interesting you can go check them out for yourselfes as I don't particularly feel like pointing everything out on here, but here's a few things that have been said about Donut/Nirex/Sanflyx in the past: attitude/maturity issues, rulebreaking on other Zarp services (SSRP), timefarming and encouraging rulebreaking and cheating. You've time farmed in the past (around the beginning of the year) getting demoted shortly after becoming a moderator, then you came back around 3 months later and got accepted again. This time however you ended up getting retrained 3 times for various reasons, and got demoted once again. Because of your incompetence as a staff member in the past I'd personally like more time to get a better idea about whether things have changed.

Hey nina, thank you for the response and looking through my application.
I support that you tell me these things since I can reflect from these and improve, I will admit in the past It was highs and many lows. That is the reason for my long break. Not only did I sort my attitude and myself out but I had a hard think and became a new person. I want to prove that this is the time I can show myself off and all my skills and new personality. I am sorry for what I have done and in your eyes probably don't desserve another chance, I slightly agree to that but there is something about Zarp itself that I cant think why but It always pulls me towards the community. Yes, we all mess up and we are all not perfect but I want to prove that I can wow you.

You had some bad times in the past, but its not something which you should hold against someone - especially 4 + months ago. The past has happened and I am sure you have learnt from those mistakes and they wont happen again.
Since you came back I haven't had any issues with you, albeit only a few days so far and some more activity would be nice before the meeting.
As with Nina, Id like to see you play for another week to prove things have changed for the better on a more longer term scale.

You do seem like an outstanding person, you are very nice and user-friendly in game and I can tell that you have "changed" or something of that sort. Wait what? This is Donut? I should've recognized your voice! I honestly believe you need to stay a bit more on the server and try to regain trust after all of that drama in the past! If things goes well you have my support! :plussp:

Hey Donut, You have a history that you have been reminded of multiple times, You were retrained multiple times and have been demoted multiple times and not at the moment but in the past have shown bad attitude on other zarp servers.
