Why I should be promoted (100 Words recommended)

I've always been one of the more "HARD WORKING" staff on the server, I try to do as many reports as possible, and I'm always available. I have staffed before and have acquired the rank of Administrator, so I thought I could reclaim my position. There's not much to it except that I use to take majority of the forum reports/appeals. Thought I was good at my job and I want it back. I know its hard to trust me, but I hope I can regain my status.

Yes, I do know I was just accepted 3 hours ago, but hey I said I'll do my app so I can get your guys' feedback. I know there's no chance of me getting accepted this week unless all of you get high/drunk for the staff meeting, but I thought I might give it a go. Feedback is most important and even if I don't get accepted, I need feedback to improve.

I do think you have what it takes to be an admin. Ive had no bad interaction with you and you display yourself as a helping individual to others. The fact that you even got Moderator in the first place simply baffles me. Your attitude has surpassed all levels of horrible. The way you approached me today when I was playing was completely unprofessional and not something I'd like to see from a staff member, especially one who's applying for a promotion. You failed to conduct yourself properly (as a staff member should) and showed me that you are not deserving of the rank you are currently holding.

Taking into consideration your activity, benignity, previous experience as a staff member, etc - I think you are good to go, nevermind the fact that you just got Moderator. I would have trusted you enough to let you go straight for Administrator, but who am I to make such assessments, right?

Yeah, I didn't go straight for Admin because I felt like not enough people trusted me. Henny said he was going to give me the permission but I thought regaining all of the staff team's trust is a good start.
