Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

A player has 6-7+ recent punishments

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (100 Words recommended)

I've always been one of the more "HARD WORKING" staff on the server, I try to do as many reports as possible, and I'm always available. I have staffed before and have acquired the rank of Administrator, so I thought I could reclaim my position. There's not much to it except that I use to take majority of the forum reports/appeals. Thought I was good at my job and I want it back. I know its hard to trust me, but I hope I can regain my status.

Yes, I do know I was just accepted 3 hours ago, but hey I said I'll do my app so I can get your guys' feedback. I know there's no chance of me getting accepted this week unless all of you get high/drunk for the staff meeting, but I thought I might give it a go. Feedback is most important and even if I don't get accepted, I need feedback to improve.

[center][spoiler][center][b]Hello [i]player x[/i], you do seem very apologetic in your appeal and you look like you really made a serious and continuous lapse in your judgement. I have decided to let you go off the hook and ACCEPT this appeal due to the fact that you do seem very sorry for your actions. However if you do something like this in the near future, your punishment may be much more severe.
