Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
-If a player has 7 or more recent punishments
-If a player Mass RDM's (3 or more players) and leaves to avoid punishment
-If a player is constantly using discriminatory remarks
-If a player Mass RDM's multiple times

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:.
I once held the rank of Super Administrator on the server which shows that I know the rules and commands well along with showing that I can be trusted with powers. I have a good attitude towards both staff and users and I can be mature when I want to. I have recently regained an interest in playing the server again and I've started to miss being part of the staff team. I have been quite active since I started playing again and I will continue to do so. I also check forums very frequently and hop onto teamspeak every now and then (which I will improve on by Wednesday because my mic should be fixed)
