Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel like my time as a moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because There was a fair amount of situations which before I wasn't completely sure about, now I know what to do and how to handle the majority of the situations that i come across.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was someone that kept RDMing people at random, but then when confronted about it they lied about it and said that they didn't kill anyone. After being completely stopped by me so that I could decide what to do after several warnings they started being racist aswell so I had to get an admin to ban him. That is what I would say was the largest issue that I had to face and work around.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x,

After speaking to the admin that banned you we have decided to accept your appeal and you will be unbanned. I hope that you will take into consideration that this is a second chance and Make sure that you read the rules and don't break any rules when you come back.

Why i should be Chosen?:
I think that I should be chosen for Promotion because when I almost always try to put F1's over RP and I do a fair amount of F1's or even just helping users when they come up to me and ask me some questions about the game or a question about the rules. and a lot of the time im in situations where there is someone that needs to be banned but im not capable of that because im a mod. I would also be able to use the spectate command to see some things that if i tp to them i may not be able to because people sometimes stop rule-breaking when they see a staff member. I believe that after being denied last week for need more experience I have now gained enough experience and I can handle all situations that wouldn't need lead team Intervention myself.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

ZARP DarkRP Staff Meeting – Every Saturday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
