Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel like my time as a moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because There was a fair amount of situations which before I wasn't completely sure about, now I know what to do and how to handle the majority of the situations that i come across.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was someone that kept RDMing people at random, but then when confronted about it they lied about it and said that they didn't kill anyone. After being completely stopped by me so that I could decide what to do after several warnings they started being racist aswell so I had to get an admin to ban him. That is what I would say was the largest issue that I had to face and work around.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player x,

After speaking to the admin that banned you we have decided to accept your appeal and you will be unbanned. I hope that you will take into consideration that this is a second chance and Make sure that you read the rules and don't break any rules when you come back.

Why i should be Chosen?:
I think that I should be chosen for Promotion because when I almost always try to put F1's over RP and I do a fair amount of F1's or even just helping users when they come up to me and ask me some questions about the game or a question about the rules. and a lot of the time im in situations where there is someone that needs to be banned but im not capable of that because im a mod. I would also be able to use the spectate command to see some things that if i tp to them i may not be able to because people sometimes stop rule-breaking when they see a staff member. I believe that after being denied last week for need more experience I have now gained enough experience and I can handle all situations that wouldn't need lead team Intervention myself.

Welcome To the ZARP staff team
I will teach you what need to know when your a moderator
First of all lets get the commands out of the way

Warn
/warn steamID / Steam name / RP Name reason this is what you put in chat when you want to warn someone

TP
If you want to tp your self to an area do /tp and you will tp to the area your looking at or you can do /tp (player's Name) to tp them to where your looking.

Goto
Do /goto (player's Name) this will take you to the player you want to go to.

Bring
Do /bring (Player's Name) to bring the player around you it wont bring them to you it will only bring them somewhere around you. This one inst used that often as its he same as tp.

Back
Do /back (Player's Name) to send someone back to where they were teleported from, You can also do /backspawn to send someone back to spawn. you just put the command to use it on yourself.

Freeze
Do /freeze (player's Name) this will freeze the player you want to be frozen you would normally use this command when someone is running away from your f1

Remove NLR
This command would be used if someone has NLR in a disrict because they were RDMed. you do /removenlr then either their steam id or rp name.

Mute Chat
/mutechat (name/steamid) used on spammers or people which are disrespectful / racist.

Voice mute
/voicemute (steamid/name) used for micspammers or being disrespectful / racist

The F1 system
This has to be one of the Most important parts of Being a staff member with this menu you can view players reports of rulebreakers and handle their f1 but if you think you need another staff member to handle the f1 then you can abort handling it

The Logs
You can access this menu from pressing f1 and it is the third tab to the right you can view who connects leaves kills arests and all that good stuff from the past few minutes

the Admin KeyPad Checker
This just lets you know what keypad is connected to what fading door and if something has a fading door and also the keypads open time.

I would suggest that you use steam id's to punish users or use the tab menu so that you know you are punishing the right person.
