Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

RDM is when you kill someone on suspicion/without a valid reason. This includes all roles within the game mode Traitors, Innocents and Detectives, though Traitors can only RDM their teammates. You cannot kill someone on suspicion alone, appropriate reasoning is needed when starting a gunfight. An example of RDM would be an innocent killing a detective, this is RDM because the detective is known to be a proven/non-traitor. RDM can also be associated with Mass RDM (Killing multiple players without a reason ~ at least 3 players), ARDM (attempting to kill a player without reason) & RDM + LTAP ~ Leaving to avoid punishment (RDM’ing one or two players and leaving the server before receiving a punishment).

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
Example1:
A player is holding or pulling out any kind of traitor weapon unannounced C4, Knife, Flare gun, etc.
Scenario1:
You spot a player planting a C4 explosive and activate it (If the player didn’t announce that they have the C4 explosive you could kill them right then and there. This includes all traitor weapons and is not limited to the C4, though depending on the situation I tend to wait it out and see if they’re trying to get DNA from it however this is not a requirement).
Example2:
"Not following detective's orders" ~ not going to the traitor tester after being asked to multiple times in chat and given sufficient time 20ish seconds.
Scenario2:
A player refuses to get tested after being warned and is therefore KOS'd by the detective after the second warning, though the majority of people give out three warnings.
Example3:
A player is throwing random incendiary and discombobulator grenades, this excludes smoke grenades.
Scenario3:
You watch a player throwing grenades randomly at other players (potentially in a crowded area) since this is not allowed as an innocent you may KOS the player.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:

Example1:
A player is AFK, or more specifically just standing still.
Scenario1:
An innocent suspects that the AFK player is the last remaining traitor or think they’re in the traitor menu and kills him.
Example2:
Declaring a KOS on a skin instead of a plater name .
Scenario2:
KOS the guy with the skeleton skin, he's in the traitor room or KOS the guy at the top of the tower with the Horse Mask.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):

I have a good attitude towards others and my work plus I’m mature when I have too. I'm always kind and honest to other staff & players, I treat everyone fairly and equally. If there's anyone asking any questions I will be helpful by answering them to be best of my ability. I try my best not to be biased towards others or in anything I do, I’m very forgiving, and believe in second chances. In the past if given the opportunity I would give the most lenient “punishment” possible. I’m a dedicated hard-working individual who takes his work serious while also trying to “keep things fun”.

I’m experienced and know the rules well. I've held multiple Lead Team positions on different communities throughout my time playing TTT. Whilst being within Zarp I’ve never been abusive or anything of the sort and therefore believe I’m very trustworthy, I believe that I’ve shown that I’m more than capable in the past. There's been a bit of a change of plans so I'd like to come back and help moderate the server when I'm online to RDM Kevin. Though I would love to be a part of the Lead Team again it will take a good while before I will have enough time to attempt to go for it, so for now I'd like to continue to stick around as a non Lead Team member. When you're voting on me at the meeting I'd like you to take into consideration that I won't be as active as I have been in the past, but I will at the very least meet the minimum requirements (My activity will most likely be looking the same ish as it has this week for a while).
