I don't see you fit for this position, even before .Uzi had arrived onto the Head Administration team we were and still are not having any issues with running the current team, you are doing a fine job as a Super Administrator but I still have issues with you even then, here's a few of my issues:

Issue number one:

Your emotions cloud your judgement, whether it be intentional or not; for example your punishments against certain members who have a certain gang name seem to be a lot more excessive compared to others who could genuinely be doing worse. Very recently you banned "Dady" as he is mostly known as, for an issue that took place on a Discord. You banned him for a month on SSRP, I do not know the full story but from what I am hearing from a lot of people who are associated with him and others who are not, this is what seems to be the case and that's not okay.

Issue number two:

You bulk train staff members, a recurring issue with the people who are trained by you is, they recieve a lot more complaints than other staff members, what's more over very simple things that they should have known from the very beginning, this is alarming that you could be missing such things when training a Super Admin. You need to slow down and start doing it one by one.

Issue number three:

It seems to take you a very long time to realise you are making a mistake, a recent example of this would be when you were mass restarting the map on server one over a client sided issue, which took you nearly a week to realise it was so. I'm really, really concerned as to how it took you so long to figure out, or why you thought restarting the map a second or third time would not only fix it but why you didn't contact a higher up asking about it. We had to come to you.


There is a lot of other issues I have with you but I don't think it is fair to state them publically on the forums for your sake and would rather discuss it in the meeting.
