How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as a TTT administrator has been great! I have been administrator on TTT for over two months now and in my time, I believe that I have done well carrying out my responsibilities as an administrator. I am always very active and very easily contacted whether it be through steam, discord or teamspeak. I am helpful to both staff and users . If any staff or user ever have a question or request, I am more than glad to help in any way I can. I have also ran into quite a few hackers in my time as staff so I would love to be able to help out more with anti-cheat.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity
-I try my best to play on TTT every day for at least 1-3 hours, usually more.
-I deal with as many reports as I can when I'm on the server
-I can always be contacted via Steam, Teamspeak or Discord if anyone needs any help.
-I have also attended every staff meeting since I became an administrator
Trust
As my time as Staff on TTT, I believe I have gained the trust of many staff and users. I am very friendly to everyone on the server and I believe I can be trusted with power as I have never abused my powers and I have never had a report against me on the forums.
Experience
TTT was the first ZARP server that I played and started staffing on. Since I began staffing, I have gained an enormous amount of experience regarding staffing on ZARP and thus allowing me to be staff on 3 other ZARP servers. Unfortunately, I don't have any past experience with Lead Team staffing on ZARP but hey, I've gotta start somewhere. And I would love to start to gain experience regarding the Lead Team on ZARP through TTT.
Forum/TeamSpeak Activity
I believe I am extremely active on both TeamSpeak and on the Forums. I check forums very regularly every day, even when I'm not home. I also give my feedback on all TTT applications, appeals and reports. I basically reply to anything TTT related on the forums. I am also extremely active on TeamSpeak. I usually open TeamSpeak the minute I turn on my computer which makes contacting me very easy
Dedication
Since I became a staff on TTT, I believe I have been very active and hardworking. I not only deal with many reports in-game, but I also deal with as many reports and appeals as I can on the forums
I also try my best to help new staff if they have any questions or if I even get the chance to train any new moderators, I take the chance.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
One day, a hacker joined the server while there were no Lead Team members online. Me and a few other staff members then had to go into spectator mode to gather video evidence of the hacker due to the hacking policy. We then had to send this evidence to the Lead Team in which they discussed it in the Lead Team meeting. The hacker was given a warn for cheating. If I was a super administrator, I would have been able to run anti-cheat in hopes of finding cheats. I would then punish the cheater accordingly
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would first get in contact with the person who made the report and request him to join me on TeamSpeak. When the user joins, I would listen to whatever they have to say. I would also carefully check any evidence that they have provided. After all this I would contact the reported staff and ask them to also join me on TeamSpeak. I would first speak to the staff separately from the user to get his side of the story. After all of this I would add them to the same channel and speak to them both about what happened. I would then tell the two that they are free to go and proceed to analyse the evidence and compare both sides of the story to make a proper conclusion
Hello [user]
After discussing this report with both parties, I have come to the conclusion that the staff member you reported was indeed in the wrong! I have spoken with this staff member and he has assured that something like this will not happen again.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused
Hello [User]!
After discussing this report with both parties, I was told two completely different stories and there is no evidence at all to back up the claims you made. I would advise providing evidence if you ever make another report. No action will be taken against this staff member.
Thank you for making this report regardless

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would first check the banned user's RapSheet to see his recent punishments and previous bans. If the ban was too long, I would ask the staff member to join me on TeamSpeak. I would then ask them why they banned the user for so long. After I get the details from his perspective, I would then decide if the ban was indeed too long.
If the ban turned out to be too long, I would explain to the administrator why it was too long and have the ban reduced.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member to join me on teamspeak as it is easier to talk to him there than in game. I would then ask what he is having trouble with. After I receive the details from the staff member, I would tell him what I would do in that kind of situation to help him out. I would also provide and recommend the Staff Ethos as it states how to deal with all kinds of situations like this one. I would then keep an eye out for the situation so that the situation is dealt with fairly.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would first ask the staff member who is reporting the other staff member what the accused staff member was doing and if they had any evidence. If the staff member did indeed have valid evidence, then I would speak to the accused staff member and ask them why they were breaking rules. I would also tell them that as a staff member, it is essential that we do not break the rules. Depending on if the staff member intentionally broke rules and how severe the rule(s) he broke was, I would bring them up in the Lead Team meeting for an official warning or demotion
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would first ask both staff members to join me on discord. I would tell them that conflict between staff members is very serious and could impact the way the whole staff team work together. I would then ask them if they could peacefully put things behind them. I would also tell them that there would be consequences if they continue. I would remain in the spacer with them until they have made up. However, if the staff members continue to argue after speaking with them, I would then bring them up in the Lead Team meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first ask the staff member to join me on TeamSpeak. I would then ask him why he was abusing. If the staff member was purposefully breaking the rules I would speak to the staff member telling him to stop breaking the rules. I would also provide him the the Staff Ethos. The staff member would also be brought up in the Lead Team meeting.
If the staff member refuses to join me on teamspeak and/or continues to break the rules. I would be forced to emergency demote the staff member
Thank you for reading my application. All feedback is very much appreciated.
