Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

The ban command should only be used as a last resort punishment or in extreme cases of misbehaviour. Players who RDM or ghost once/twice should not be banned; other means of punishment should be sought out. However, repeat offenders who continue to break rules despite numerous warnings + slays may require a harsher punishment, such as a ban.

Some example scenarios of where a ban would be appropriate would be:

• A player is continuing to be racist in text/voice chat despite several mutes and warns.
• A player joins the server and constantly RDMs and shows no interest in following the rules.
• A player was caught using cheats the second time (this is always handled by the lead team).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.

As a former staff member for TTT (specifically a former Head Admin) and Deathrun Owner, I have more than enough experience and knowledge surrounding the ULX commands/menu. My previous staff experience on TTT still comes in handy to this day as I have not had to familiarize myself with the rules too much however, I have refreshed my understanding of them.

Personally, I feel I would be a valuable asset to the staff team considering I can commit at least an hour or so a day after work alongside my vast amount of experience gained from previous ranks I have held. I dedicate a lot of time to the time to the community and hope I can return to volunteering for TTT as I have recently regained interest in the game mode.

Extra Information: (Not Required) Dr House gave me permission to apply for Admin.

obviously more activity would be nice, although i’ve seen you on the server quite a bit recently and that hasn’t seemed to show in your gametracker so i’m guessing that’s some kind of error?
