I've had a look at your application to give you some feedback. Your application is well written overall, but has some formatting flaws. You could try and visually seperate the answers you've given from the question themselves (they don't need to be bold / cursive). Your approach to handling punishments is also a bit flawed. In the RDM scenario you would not bring the suspect into the sit, when no proof is provided. You could at least bring him into the sit and ask him, why he killed the victim and based of his explanation, decide if the kill was valid or not. Your approach to the NLR scenario is decent, but if the two kills happened in two seperate districts and rp situations you would be punishing him without a reason. Your "Why should I be chosen" section is decent. Ingame, you are a nice and active player. You don't have any recent punishments and know the rules pretty well. You would be a good candidate for the staff team, just try to work on your application a little more. Good Luck!
