Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: "Random Death Match" is a scenario when one player kills another player without a valid RP reason, Example being Player X sees Player Y, Player X pulls out a PSG-1 Sniper Rifle and one taps Player Y, Player Y was just walking around trying to find the mines, and Player X kills him for no valid RP reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: "New Life Rule" is a rule that states you cannot return to the district you died in for 3 minutes, an example would be Player X is basing when Player Y decides to raid him, after Player Y absolutely annihilates Player X, he gets mad and returns to kill Player Y 20 seconds after dying, breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
The first thing I would do is ask for proof of the situation to determine if it's RDM or not, if there is no proof I will be sure to explain to him that i cant determine whether it's rdm or not from logs and return him, if he has proof, I will look at the proof and use it to determine whether it's rdm or not, if it is RDM, I will warn Player Y, if Player Y had a valid reason to kill Player X, I will inform him of that to make sure he knows and return them both. sometimes if I hear Player Y has been rdming multiple people many times I will talk to him and see whats going on and most likely warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Since I can clearly see that the kills are pretty close together I will check to see if they are within 3 minutes of each other, if they are, I will warn Player Y for NLR, if not then I will inform Player X that NLR was not broken in this situation, but to let me know if it was RDM or not.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):I have been playing this server for a long time, but recently I quit off this server due to boredom, but now i'm starting to enjoy playing this server again and would like to apply for mod. I've been an admin before and i believe I did a decent job as an admin, I would like to be a mod again as it has been a long time and would like to help people out again as I always enjoy helping people out with problems such as rdm. I have a nice personality and attitude, although I can get agitated, I can usually control it to keep up a professional manner and attitude for the server. I hope I am considered for the position again.
